How working with us works.
No surprises about who does the work, what it costs or what happens next. Here's what each stage looks like, what we do, and what we'll need from you.
| Stage | What we do | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Consultation | Review your history, explain options that are realistic for you, and tell you when an application isn't worth filing. | Book a walk-in or phone slot. Answer honestly, including about past refusals. |
| 2. Retainer | Give you a written retainer agreement listing the services, our professional fees, government fees and what isn't included. | Read it, ask questions, and sign only when you're comfortable. |
| 3. Document plan | Send a checklist built for your case, with notes on what each document must show. | Collect documents and upload or drop them off. Ask us before you translate or notarize anything. |
| 4. Preparation | Draft forms, letters and submissions. Cross-check every date, name and address against your documents. | Review the drafts carefully. You sign the final forms, and they must be true. |
| 5. Submission | File the application and send you a copy of everything submitted. | Give biometrics and do medicals when asked. |
| 6. Follow-up | Watch for IRCC requests, respond on time, and explain the decision when it arrives. | Tell us about any change: new job, new address, marriage, birth, travel. |
About fees
There are always two kinds of fees in an immigration file. Government fees are paid to IRCC, ESDC or a province, and are the same whoever files. Professional fees are what you pay us for our work.
Your retainer sets out our professional fees before any work starts. We don't charge success fees, and we never ask for money for a job offer or an LMIA.
You can pay at the office or online through our secure payment page.
About honesty
As CICC-licensed consultants we follow a code of professional conduct. That means we'll tell you when your chances are low, we won't submit information we know is false, and we'll explain every document you sign.
It also means you can check us. Every licensed consultant appears on the CICC public register.
Before you book
Can I do the consultation by phone if I live in India?
Yes. Phone consultations work from anywhere.
How long is a consultation?
Most first consultations take 30 to 45 minutes. Complex cases, like refusals with several applications in the history, may need longer.
Will the same person handle my file?
Yes. Your file is handled by the licensed consultant who takes it on, with support from our team for document collection.
Ready for step one?
Choose a walk-in or phone consultation at a time that suits you.
